ADJ at NAMM

The annual NAMM tradeshow will see the official launch of 12 new products from ADJ Lighting at booth #10920.

The company will again be the official naming sponsor of the Arena Plaza Stage where ADJ fixtures will be showcased illuminating a continuous program of live performances throughout the show.

At NAMM 2024, ADJ will unveil the newest evolution of the Ultra Series, a collection of bar fixtures utilising the latest lime-infused HEX LED technology. Available in six (UBL6H), nine (UBL9H) and twelve (UBL12H) LED variants, each model features the same 20-Watt HEX colour LEDs. The inclusion of the lime LED chip allows for a CRI of >90 as well as white light output with colour temperature variable between 2,300K and 9,9000K.

NAMM 2024 will see the debut of updated versions of Par Z, both the warm white and cool white versions. The new Par Z100 3K2 features a 100-Watt 3000K cool white COB LED engine, while the Par Z100 5K2 version utilises a 100-Watt 5700K warm white COB LED light source. Both versions offer five beam angle options (9°, 15°, 20°, 25° or 30°) and are supplied with a gel frame allowing the use of a diffusion filter or colour gel (not included).

NAMM 2024 will also see the debut of the latest fixture in ADJ’s popular Saber Spot Series. Utilising the latest lime-infused LED technology, the Saber Spot RGBL features a 20-Watt RGBL (red, green, blue and lime) colour mixing LED positioned behind an ACL lens to deliver a output with a narrow 5.7° beam angle.

NAMM 2024 will also see the official launch of myDMX 5, ADJ’s DMX software. Rebuilt from the ground up, this control solution features an USBC-DMX hardware interface paired with software that has a fresh new look and a variety of new programming tools. The software also offers an FX generator that can be used to create effects on any type of channel. The new myDMX 5 hardware interface features 10 push buttons for triggering Scenes live or in a Stand Alone mode, which allows up to 99 Scenes to be stored across 5 pages and saved to SD card storage.

A new version of ADJ’s MDF (Magnetic Dance Floor) system will also be on display at the show. The MDF3 is a lightweight and modular LED dance floor panel illuminated by an arrangement of vibrant 3-in-1 RGB colour mixing LEDs that cause its opaque surface to glow in a wide variety of colours. . It features an improved power connection system underneath the panels that ensures a connection between adjacent units. With surface dimensions of 600mm x 600mm  and a low height of just 70mm , the individual panels weigh just 26.57 lbs yet can support a weight of up to 300 kgs/m2.

ADJ’s line of H20 water simulation effect projectors have long been popular for use in themed attractions as well as for temporary events. At NAMM 2024 the latest version will be introduced, the H20 Two, which is the brightest model to date and also boasts a new exterior casing design.

The latest addition to the ADJ Dotz Par Series range is the Dotz Par RGBL, which features a 10-Watt quad colour RGBL (red, green, blue & lime) LED engine which delivers colour mixing with a high CRI. The unit features 64 colour macros, to allow mixing of popular options, and offers variable white light output with a colour temperature of between 2700K and 6500K.

Completing the lineup of new products to be debuted at NAMM 2024 is the DMX FX512, a DMX controller designed for use with both LED pars and moving heads. Utilising a 3U rack-mount design, it allows precise control over 512 DMX channels which can be used to manage up to 32 fixtures. The control interface features a digital display, 16 channel control faders, dedicated Pan/Tilt wheels, and 16 Effect/Fixture select buttons. An integrated FX engine offers 9 movement effects and 7 colour effects.

“With twelve brand new products making their debut at the show, along with the numerous exciting new fixtures that were launched at the end of last year, there are lots of reasons to make sure the ADJ booth is on your NAMM 2024 ‘must do’ list,” commented ADJ USA’s Director of Sales, Alfred Gonzales. “We’re also pleased to be sponsoring the Arena Plaza stage once again, where you’ll have the opportunity to see fixtures from our Hydro, Encore and Jolt series showcased on an outdoor festival stage. The stage will be running throughout the show, but the ideal time to visit will be between 6pm and 8pm on the Thursday when we’ll be hosting our Customer Appreciation Happy Hour. Join myself and the rest of the ADJ team for a cocktail, great live music, and a chance to see ADJ’s latest entertainment lighting fixtures in action!”
