In support of The Recording Academy and its affiliated charitable foundation MusiCares, Ultimate Ears Pro announced the #MusicFromHome campaign to help address the concerns of working musicians and crew members currently out of work during this difficult time.
Ultimate Ears Pro plans to donate $10,000 to the MusiCares COVID-19 Relief Fund through their UE Cares initiative as the first step in uplifting our live performance community. The donation goes hand-in-hand with highlighting a variety of emerging and established artists through a series of weekly live performances and an online sweepstakes on @UltimateEarsPro social channels.
The goal of #MusicFromHome is to Connect with our music community, Create inspiration among artists and Share our love of music. The #MusicFromHome series is scheduled to run for five weeks and serves to provide musicians with a much-needed platform to showcase their music. As artists temporarily shift from playing live on-stage to creating music at-home, Ultimate Ears Pro invites fans to submit their own at-home music performances for the chance to win one of five ultimate #MusicFromHome kits to continue making music. Featuring a pair of Ultimate Ears Pro in-ear monitors, Ultimate Ears MEGABOOM 3 Bluetooth speaker and Blue Yeti X Microphone, one winner plans to be selected weekly.
To enter, fans can create and share a video of their music performance from home in a comment on the Ultimate Ears Pro Facebook, Twitter or LinkedIn channels. Fans can additionally post the video on their Instagram feed, tagging @ultimateearspro and @bluemicrophones alongside the hashtags #MusicFromHome and #MusiCaresForUs for a chance to win.
