BFP Group brings together Business First, Music First, Events First and Escapes by BFP under a new group structure. Music First continues as the group’s specialist touring and production logistics division, building on years of experience supporting artists, crews and production teams around the world.
As the business approaches its 30th anniversary in 2027, Business First Partnership has introduced BFP Group to provide a clearer structure for its specialist divisions and the industries they serve. Music First remains the group’s dedicated touring and production logistics division, supporting artists, management teams, crews and production professionals with worldwide travel arrangements and complex logistical requirements. The move provides greater clarity around the specialist expertise that already exists within the business, while ensuring clients continue to work with the same teams, relationships and ways of working they know and trust.
BFP Group brings together four specialist divisions:
· Business First – Corporate travel management
· Music First – Touring and production logistics
· Events First – End-to-end event delivery
· Escapes by BFP – Bespoke personal travel
Nigel Taylor, Co-Founder and CEO of BFP Group, said: “Music First gives greater visibility to a specialist team that has been supporting artists, crews and production teams for many years. Touring is unlike any other form of travel. Plans change quickly, schedules are demanding and there are countless moving parts that need to come together seamlessly. You need people who understand that reality and can respond when it matters most. The transition to BFP Group isn’t about changing what we do. It’s about creating a structure that properly reflects the expertise we’ve built within different sectors and provides a stronger platform for future growth.”
Music First combines experienced touring specialists with global supplier partnerships and 24/7 support, managing everything from individual artist travel through to international production logistics and large-scale crew movements.
The division has built its reputation on understanding the practical realities of life on the road, providing responsive support when schedules change and ensuring artists and crews can focus on delivering performances rather than managing travel arrangements.
Clients will continue to work with the same teams and contacts, with no changes to existing processes or service delivery. The refreshed brand identity provides a clearer representation of the division’s expertise while maintaining the personal approach that has defined the business for almost 30 years.
