ATC has launched ATC Europe, establishing its first mainland European operations with a new warehouse and logistics hub in Belgium.
The new facility, located in Ghent, enables ATC to support customers across Belgium, France, the Netherlands and Germany, providing local access to equipment, preparation and technical support for projects across the region.
Established in the UK more than 35 years ago, ATC has built a strong reputation supporting event production companies across corporate events, touring and live entertainment. The launch of ATC Europe brings the company’s service-led approach to a wider European audience while strengthening support for UK clients delivering projects across the continent.
Belgium was selected for its central location within the European events market, providing rapid access to key production hubs across Benelux, France and Germany.
The facility operates as a fully functional warehouse and logistics hub, enabling equipment to be stored, prepared and deployed locally for dry hire, cross-hire and full project delivery. It also connects directly with ATC’s UK operations, giving European customers access to the company’s wider technical capabilities and extensive inventory.
“For more than 35 years we have built ATC around a simple principle – delivering reliable equipment and exceptional service for event production professionals,” said Andrew Thomas, Managing Director at ATC. “Launching ATC Europe allows us to bring that same service-led approach to customers across mainland Europe. By combining a local European base with the scale and experience of our UK operations, we can support production partners working across multiple markets.”
ATC Europe is designed to serve a range of European customers, including cross-hire partners, corporate event production companies and touring clients. Its central location allows rapid access to major event markets across Northern Europe while maintaining close integration with ATC’s UK infrastructure.
Operations in Belgium will be led by Jarno Boucquez, Belgium Operations Manager, who will oversee ATC’s expansion in the region and support customers across Europe.
“Having equipment and preparation facilities based locally means we can respond much faster to the needs of production teams working across the region,” said Jarno Boucquez, Belgium Operations Manager at ATC Europe. “What sets ATC apart is the level of service we provide – including 24-hour support and a very hands-on approach with our clients. By combining that with local inventory and the wider resources of the ATC team in the UK, we’re able to support projects of any scale across Europe.”
ATC manages an inventory of more than 100,000 items spanning audio, video, lighting, staging, rigging and power, supporting productions ranging from corporate events and conferences to touring and live entertainment. Key technology partners include industry-leading brands such as Unilumin, ROE Visual, d&b audiotechnik, L-Acoustics and Barco.
To mark the launch, ATC will host a three-day Open House event on 22-24 April at the new Belgium facility, inviting production partners, customers and industry professionals to explore the site, view equipment demonstrations and meet the ATC Europe team.
