Adam Hall Group expands its global marketing and business development teams.

The Adam Hall Group has brought Jason Echols and Kati Eismann aboard to fill two new management positions. Since 1 May 2020, Jason Echols has overseen Cameo brand international sales as Business Development Manager, Lighting Technology. Kati Eismann has been in charge of the event technology company’s global strategic and operational marketing since 1 June 2020.

As Business Development Manager, Lighting Technology, the 53-year-old Jason Echols is supporting the Business Development team directed by COO Markus Jahnel . In his new role, the experienced sales professional will drive the international expansion of the Cameo sales network and further expand the market position of the Adam Hall lighting technology brand in the rental, installation, and industry sectors. Before joining the Adam Hall Group, Jason worked for a well-known lighting technology manufacturer as Sales Director Asia.

“In the last few years, Cameo has continuously developed its product portfolio and gained an excellent reputation worldwide as an innovative, reliable, and practically oriented lighting technology brand with first-class design,” said Jason Echols. “I look forward to greeting our customers and partners from the international Cameo sales network here in Neu-Anspach and to convincing them of the brand’s ingenuity through hands-on demonstrations and training courses. Together, we will continue expanding Cameo’s global reach.“

Markus Jahnel, COO of the Adam Hall Group, added: “In Jason, we have gained a global networker who will spur on the Cameo Light brand’s success around the world. His many years of experience in the American and Asian Pro Lighting market make him the perfect man for this key position.”

Effective immediately, Kati Eismann is now responsible as Global Marketing Director for all the Adam Hall Group’s marketing activities, from online and brand marketing to customer relationship management, and campaigns and advertising. The 42-year-old marketing and communication expert has gathered professional experience in A&R and marketing positions at Warner, Universal, and Virgin; marketing, sales, and brand building expertise in the fashion, entertainment, and lifestyle sectors at Eastpak and Endemol; and managerial roles as Managing Director at Idols & Brands and Client Service Director at Mindshare.

“I find Adam Hall Group’s long history and successful international development very impressive,” said Kati Eismann. “I’m inspired by this to forge a successful path ahead for the umbrella brand and its individual brands.“
