AV Stumpfl, the Austrian manufacturer of professional projection screens and PIXERA media server solutions, has opened a dedicated UK PIXERA office at The Old Pumping Station, Brentford, West London. Situated within the Golden Mile, one of the capital’s most ambitious regeneration areas, the new facility marks a significant milestone in the company’s long-term commitment to PIXERA in the UK market and officially opened its doors on 29 May 2026.
The Golden Mile has established itself as a hub for technology, creativity and the events industry, drawing together forward-thinking organisations from across these sectors. PIXERA’s presence within it reflects the ambition behind the new office. Rather than functioning as a conventional sales base, the Brentford space has been designed as a dedicated resource for customers, partners and the wider AV community from the outset. The emphasis is on engagement, creating a place where people can interact with PIXERA products and expertise in a practical, professional setting.
Central to the facility’s offer is a structured programme of training built around PIXERA, AV Stumpfl’s flagship media server platform. Sessions at the Brentford office will cover both PIXERA Basic and PIXERA Control, providing attendees with thorough, hands-on experience of the system in an environment designed specifically for that purpose. Alongside the formal training schedule, the team operates with an open-door policy, welcoming customers and partners who wish to visit for collaboration, consultation or simply to explore PIXERA technology in the context of their own projects.
The UK office is headed by Craig Harrower, managing director of AV Stumpfl, who is supported by Ben Champion, technical specialist for PIXERA and Antony Bailey, who joined the company in April 2026 as UK business development manager. Bailey is a well-known figure within the professional AV industry and his appointment signals clear intent to build a UK team with genuine technical depth and strong industry connections.
Craig Harrower said: “The UK has always been a core market for AV Stumpfl and PIXERA, and this office is the next step in strengthening our local presence. In Brentford, we’ve created a space where customers and partners can experience our technology first-hand – from PIXERA training sessions to collaborative project discussions. The Golden Mile offers the right environment for this, with its dynamic atmosphere and forward-thinking organisations. We’re excited about the opportunities this will create to work even more closely with integrators and clients.”
The new office is based at Pump Alley, Building P, The Old Pumping Station, Brentford, Middlesex, TW8 0AP, UK. Customers and partners interested in attending a training session, arranging a demonstration or meeting the team at the new Brentford facility are invited to get in touch directly at ukoffice@avstumpfl.com or by calling +44 20 4538 6010.
