AED and Modulo Pi forge partnership

Modulo Pi announced the conclusion of a distribution agreement with AED Group. Effective 1 March, 2024, AED Group will distribute Modulo Pi’s media server solutions in the Benelux region. In addition, Modulo Pi’s media servers join AED’s rental portfolio for rental throughout Europe.

As of 1 March, 2024, AED Group will distribute Modulo Pi’s media servers in Belgium, The Netherlands and Luxembourg.

Modulo Pi’s media servers come as hardware + software platforms for performance and reliability. The two-systems offer consist in Modulo Player and Modulo Kinetic, each line being available in different hardware configurations to meet the needs and budget of any project. Modulo Player is a cost-effective and user-friendly line for show encoding, playback, 2D warping, and show control.

Modulo Kinetic is a fully integrated and scalable media server solution. The platform can be used across a complete project workflow thanks to its 3D environment, real-time timelines, embedded show control tools, all brought within one consistent user-friendly interface. The system also provides advanced real-time 3D, interactivity, and tracking capabilities.

As an industry first, the Modulo Player and Modulo Kinetic series embed a low-latency live mixer. In addition to the distribution agreement for the Benelux territory, Modulo Pi’s media servers are now part of AED’s rental portfolio, and available for rental throughout Europe.

Yannick Kohn, Modulo Pi’s Founder & CEO, stated: “At Modulo Pi, we have always strived to push the boundaries of technological innovation and provide media servers that empower creativity and excellence. Partnering with AED, whose reputation and commitment to delivering outstanding service are well known in the industry, opens up exciting opportunities to reach a broader audience.
