Live at Lititz 2025 will take place December 9th through the 11th, throughout the Rock Lititz campus, which spans across 180 acres. Known for its immersive programming, industry-leading panels, and hands-on experiences, THE Conference continues to be a place where the people who make live happen can gather, reconnect, and strive to leave the industry a better place.
In a continued effort to drive collaborative conversations across unique perspectives and experiences, THE Conference is welcoming three new voices to its Advisory Board team, who will offer strategic guidance in line with their extensive industry experience on content, event structure, and the attendee experience.
The new Advisory Board Members are: Chris Weathers, Vice President of Production (Live Nation), Melody Tseng, Creative Director / Designer (Myke Towers, Demi Lovato, Romeo Santos, Alanis Morissette) and Krysten Dean, Sound and Systems Engineer + Crew Chief (Eighth Day Sound and Clair Global). Who will be joining last year’s returning Board Members: Giovanni Vargas, Tour Manager / Road Manager (Lil Wayne, Playboi Carti, Lil Nas X and The Rolling Stones), Jerome Crooks, Tour Manager (Linkin Park, Tool, RHCP, Soundgarden, the Beastie Boys) and Andrea Espinoza, Assistant Tour Director (Beyonce, Olivia Rodrigo).
Together, this group represents a powerhouse of talent and experience spanning tour management, production design, artist relations, and technical innovation – ensuring that THE Conference remains the place where live event professionals gather to collaborate on how to leave the industry better.
