Robe lighting enjoyed the 2025 LDI expo in Las Vegas by launching five exciting new products in its versatile T-Series, the T10 Profile – available with rapid-change objective system for PC and Fresnel options, together with the T3 PC and T3 Fresnel – the latter being added to the just-launched T3 Profile.
The independent Czech Republic lighting manufacturer also showcased five other recently launched products for the first time at a US trade show – the SVOPATT Classic,PowerDolly, the iPAINTE LTM, the high-power multispectral T3 Profile, and Robe’s WTF! multifunctional strobe / wash / blinder.
Enjoying a busy show and a lively mix of professionals from multiple sectors and genres of lighting, the eye-catching Robe booth was busy across this important and high-profile three-day production and entertainment industry event. Robe’s “free to customer” upgrade to the iFORTE LTX also generated much interest.
It boosts the already substantial output of this high-powered fixture to 410,000 lux at five meters, maintaining its position as one of the brightest and lightest long-throw wash beam fixtures currently available, and a benchmark rider-friendly luminaire.
Robe’s 1,400-Watt multi-spectral T3 Profile, designed for larger theatres and studios, with the new award-winning ProFrost progressive diffusion system, also received much attention from attendees.
There was high interest in RoboSpot with the latest software update. This includes the possibility of adjusting fade times between presets, a colour picker set by numerical value, colour and position buttons to increase preset storage, a dedicated LT button, dynamic cross setup for iris and many more features to make follow spotting even more flexible and dynamic.
Launched: T10 Profile, PC & Fresnel
T10 has a streamlined design for smaller theatres and studios, with all the features and benefits of Robe’s award-winning larger T11 Profile.
The T10 Profile uses a 200W MSL (Multi-Spectral Light) additive colour mixing engine combined with Robe’s TE (TRANSFERABLE ENGINE) technology, generating 8.300 lumens (at the integrating sphere) and offers all the advantages of cost, exchange, or replacement.
The LED technology provides identical colour characteristics, responses, and control of all the T-series luminaires, giving complete colour consistency across any Robe lighting installation.
A virtually controlled CCT range runs from 2.700K to 8.000K (extended range 1.800K – 10.000K) with calibrated whites and tungsten emulation for the most precise control.
The T10 Profile has a 5-55° zoom range and a virtually controlled CRI of 80-95+ for perfectcolor rendition and beautiful skin tones. For rapid programming, there is an onboard virtualDataSwatch colour library.
T10 is also designed for noise-sensitive environments and for camera environments with enhanced Cpulse flicker-free operation and a dedicated plus and minus green control channel. All fixture controls are available in standalone mode via the rear display and control knobs.
To increase gobo capacity from the single breakup gobo and holder included with the fixture, an optional drop-in module with two rotating and two static gobos using Robe’s standard slot and lock system is available. An easy-to-install motorised iris is included, which allows simultaneous use of both static and rotating gobos for creating the coolest effects.
Utilising a rapid-change front lens system, the T10 Profile can be quickly transformed into a Fresnel or PC fixture … so T10 can provide full luminaire flexibility without the cost of separate generic purchases.
Launched – T3 PC and T3 Fresnel
Adding to Robe’s popular T-Series, the T3 Fresnel brings a new edge to high-powered multispectral wash lighting.
Engineered for long-throw applications in large theatres and performance spaces, it delivers high-quality light with fabulous colour control.
Delivering over 35.000 lumens (integrating sphere) from its powerful 1.400W MSL (Multi-Spectral-Light) light source, the T3 Fresnel reveals its theatrical roots with a classic soft beam and a wide-ranging 6-65° zoom for immaculate coverage across large spaces.
The T3 Fresnel excels in nuanced colour work, offering selectable CMY, RGB or individual colour emitter control for advanced additive colour mixing.
Features include the DataSwatch virtual colour library; factory-calibrated whites; an extensive 1.800K to 10.000K CCT range; lamp selectable tungsten emulation; and MCE macro-driven multicoloured effects. The virtually controlled CRI of 80-95+ is great for natural skin tones.
Ultra-smooth theatrical dimming is achieved with the L3 18-bit system for seamless fades-to-black, which is vital for any theatrical, opera, or performance-related operation, and something that Robe have spent time and energy on perfecting over the ranges.
Features include Robe’s 4Door four-leaf barndoor system (90° rotation), edge correction, and RotaScrim graduated filter with 180° beam rotation for the removal of unsightly hotspots.
Setting a new benchmark in diffusion, the T3 Fresnel and T3 PC both feature Robe’s cutting-edge, award-winning 0-15° ProFrost progressive frost system.
There is a dedicated plus/minus green channel and Cpulse flicker-free management for broadcast, and the fixture is acoustically optimised for noise-sensitive environments.
The T3 PC offers console-adjustable fan modes for consistent output, and the AirLOC (Less Optical Cleaning) technology minimises airborne particle build-up and airflow noise, keeping optics cleaner for greater periods, significantly reducing maintenance intervals.
An Epass Ethernet pass-through switch safeguards network connectivity, and the REAP (Robe Ethernet Access Portal) enables network-based monitoring. T3 PC is a great long-throw multi-spectral wash fixture for contemporary theatrical and broadcast designers.
Amongst many LDI activities off the show floor, Robe also hosted the 2nd Annual Craig Burross Golf Invitational and had the opportunity to showcase the power of its innovative iBOLT luminaire atop the Rio Hotel & Casino where Bill Blanchard of Foo Dog Productions assisted Robe product manager Peter Moore and North East sales manager Thommy Hall in creating a special showcase of light using 4 iBOLTS.
Robe’s LDI booth also featured dedicated sections for the latest news and products from itsother businesses – Avolites, Anolis and LSC Control Systems, all of which added to the highlights of a very busy and successful 2025 for The Robe Group.
