JL-Group announced the appointment of Ross Warwick as their new Warehouse Manager.

With a career spanning over 16 years in the Audio-Visual industry, including pivotal roles at PSCo and Carillion Communications Limited, Warwick enters his role armed with extensive experience and expertise in warehouse management.

Under Warwick’s seasoned leadership, JLL anticipated a journey towards heightened efficiency and innovation in warehouse management. The company looks forward to leveraging his talents to achieve milestones and elevate standards within the organisation.

In his capacity, Warwick will assume responsibility for overseeing all facets of warehouse management, encompassing asset management, logistics, and team leadership. He will oversee the preparation of jobs to meet industry standards while also aligning with JLL’s clients’ expectations regarding content and equipment specifications. His primary objectives will include streamlining processes, optimising efficiencies, and upholding the highest standards of quality and safety to support both JLL’s on-site delivery and their HQ operations in Oxfordshire.

“I am thrilled to be joining JLL and look forward to contributing to the success of the company. Having worked extensively in the AV industry, I see great potential at JLL to make a positive impact,” He emphasised his past experiences. “I have previously developed warehouse processes from the ground up, and from working events myself I know how important it is that kit from the warehouse is delivered right, on time and first time.”

His insights into the importance of efficient warehouse operations were further underscored by his observations of the team’s dedication during the onboarding process. “I could tell that everyone was incredibly passionate about their work,” he remarked.

Warwick outlined his strategy, “I aim to streamline the existing warehouse operation at JLL, implementing processes and motivating the warehouse team, and ensuring that Health and Safety requirements are adhered to.” He expressed appreciation for the collaborative environment at JLL, noting, “Everyone has already been incredibly welcoming so far, and have assured me that (almost) nothing is off the table in regard to improving the warehouse service, which is great to hear!”

“We are confident that his leadership will drive our warehouse operations forward and contribute to our continued success,” noted Jack Linaker, Group Managing Director. “We will support Ross by providing the necessary resources and fostering a collaborative environment where innovative ideas thrive.”
