The Intermediate People’s Court of Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province, upheld an earlier judgment finding that Ningbo S&A Electronics’ use of the “RCF” and “rcf” marks in online promotions infringed RCF’s registered trademark rights. The court ordered the company to cease all unauthorised use and compensate RCF for economic losses and legal expenses.
