Renkus-Heinz continues to build both production and engineering departments with the addition of two new team members: Joe Kaveney has assumed the role of Industrial Engineering Manager while Andrew Gizara joins as Electrical Engineer.
Kaveney’s diverse career spans from earning a US patent in the solar industry to implementing approved processes in the aerospace sector. “I feel extremely fortunate to have the opportunity to leverage my passion for music and sound with my professional experience in process design and efficiency,” said Kaveney. “It is my pleasure to assist with the industrialisation of our business by establishing a robust fabrication process with an optimised supply chain – ultimately resulting in a truly lossless pro-audio experience from raw material to consumer.”
Joining the engineering department is Andrew Gizara, whose distinguished career spans decades in the fields of scientific instrumentation, AI, computers, networking/telephony, chips, and aerospace.

Kaveney will be working closely with VP Operations Jim Mobley to optimize the production process while Gizara will be working with Engineering Manager Chad DeFranco in product design and development. “I’m delighted to welcome Joe and Andrew to the team,” remarked DeFranco.
