As we hit 2025, it’s been great to reflect on our first six months as Co-Chairs. One of our first missions was to ask members what they wanted more of from their organisation. The top request was access to more training opportunities. In answer to this we’ve set up a training bursary scheme, which was launched on 6 January and, as well as encouraging members to expand their skills, we can even support them with some of the course costs.
