Rentman, the operations management platform for live event and media production teams, has announced the launch of Organize, a new project management product that connects pre- and post-production work to inventory, crew, and finance in one platform.
Recent Rentman research found that 61% of event production teams say their projects often run over budget. Much of that comes from planning work managed through different tools and processes, using time and resources that go unbudgeted.
Pre- and post-production work, from stage design and client approvals to post-event wrap-up, is often scattered across spreadsheets, emails, and project management tools. This makes it hard to track the resources that go into production work or understand what it costs the business. As a result, teams might only see where a project lost money once the production is complete, while also lacking the data to price future projects more accurately.
By launching Organize, Rentman closes that gap by bringing every pre- and post-production task into the same platform that already handles a company’s inventory, crew, and finance. Teams can plan every task, track time spent against budget, and quote and invoice based on real project data rather than estimates. As costs rise this year and budgets tighten, Rentman’s Organize gives production companies one connected view from first concept to final invoice, helping them stay in control and keep projects profitable.
Roy van den Broek, CEO and Founder of Rentman, said: “We have always believed production teams deserve one platform that reflects how they actually work. The launch of Organize reaffirms this commitment. By connecting the planning side with the financial side of every project, we are helping teams run their production with more clarity and protect the profit margins they work so hard for.”
Organize is now available, giving existing Rentman customers a new way to expand their setup, while teams new to Rentman can explore it as part of the platform’s 30-day trial.
