DVS Group, the parent company of DVS LED Systems and VOLUX Lighting, announces strategic appointments to its leadership team as part of its accelerated growth initiative for 2025. These appointments include William Brieva as Vice President of Sales, Joshua Carroll as Senior Project Manager, Craig Hammon as Director of Marketing, and Alex Ocampo as Service Manager.
These appointments reflect DVS Group’s commitment to expanding its market presence across both divisions: DVS LED Systems, a manufacturer of cutting-edge LED video wall display systems, and VOLUX Lighting, a US-based manufacturer of intelligent entertainment and stage lighting products. Each of these professionals brings decades of industry experience to strengthen the family of brands’ ability to serve its customers with competitive, innovative products and exceptional service that uniquely caters to their comprehensive project needs, from concept to completion.
William Brieva, Vice President of Sales William brings nearly two decades of experience in professional audiovisual technology to DVS Group. With deep understanding of both the rental and integration sectors of the industry. His expertise spans brand development, sales growth, and market expansion across domestic and international markets. Brieva previously held key roles at Cameo Light Americas (Adam Hall Group) as Sales Director, then evolving to Business Development Manager Americas to lead the market expansion initiatives for the North American and LATAM markets.

Joshua Carroll, Senior Project Manager Joshua Carroll brings two decades of experience in the entertainment industry to DVS, specialising in technical direction, sales, and project management. His 20-year tenure at Inner Circle Distribution includes expertise in product specialisation, technical training, and customer support where he has supported a variety of complex AVL installations. In this role, Joshua manages field applications including pre-sale design/engineering support, producing documentation, and technical training to ensure each project is a success.

Craig Hammon, Director of Marketing Craig Hammon’s extensive experience spans advertising, public relations, and live entertainment marketing. Before this, Hammon served as Director of Public Relations at The Max Borges Agency, orchestrating successful campaigns for top-tier technology and consumer electronics brands, such as PHILLIPS, Cambridge Audio, and Audivoxx. He also spent a decade at Live Nation Entertainment, where he rose to Director of
Marketing and Events, negotiating and marketing over 950 concerts and events.

Alex Ocampo, Service Manager Alex Ocampo joins with over 20 years of industry experience and a degree in electronic engineering. His distinguished career includes roles at industry leaders such as Martin Professional, Robe, LightParts, Chauvet, and Inner Circle Distribution.
Ocampo’s comprehensive experience spans the full spectrum of the industry, from design to sales, though he has found his true calling in Service. Armed with a degree in electronic engineering, he combines technical expertise with creative insight to deliver exceptional results and advance industry standards.
