Ogdens' Nut Gone Flake reaches the stage

December 2008

Warwick's Playbox Theatre stages the world's first-ever theatrical production of the Small Faces' classic 1968 album, Ogdens' Nut Gone Flake.

Produced & directed by Stewart McGill and starring a cast of 30 young actors, the show featured a faithful live re-creation of the album by The Small Fakers and John Unwin's reading of his father Prof. Stanley Unwin's original whimsical narration.
