Travel4Tours was formed in 2008 as a division of an established Travel Agency who specialised in arranging multi-destination, budget travel for large groups. Their reputation led to a request to organise travel for a UK and European music tour and the success of that led to the creation of Travel4Tours.

Travel4Tours provide all services expected of a professional travel agency, including expert advice, trade only rates and financial protection. They also provide additional services as a matter of course to Tour Managers and others involved in the live music industry with the aim of saving time, money and stress - basically making their jobs easier.

These services extend from the initial budgeting, planning and routing through to the booking/ticketing, with all reservations re-confirmed for the Tour Manager before the band/artist arrives at the hotel or airport. They also provide 24 hour support throughout the tour, whatever the destination or time zone, in case of problems or changes which may occur.

Additionally, detailed itineraries are provided containing all tickets and support information such as parking arrangements, distances to venue, hotel facilities, baggage allowances and check-in times etc.

They do not add an ‘entertainment industry’ premium so can cater for most budgets and expectations and can generally be cheaper than booking direct. Many clients are surprised by the rates offered by Travel4Tours and they have a policy of quickly letting a client know if they can’t hit a budget or beat a price (e.g. a £9 advance purchase Travelodge room!) to avoid wasted time.
