Founded in 2005 by Dave Slater and Dave Whitewood, Nottingham-based Cobalt Audio's manufacturing stems from a long involvement in live engineering and the hire of sound systems.
Alongside its custom build projects, the company is currently in a research and development phase working towards bringing a range of off-the-shelf products to the market. These will span portable systems aimed at small hire companies and fully arrayable multi-way systems for the touring market.
