Paul Anderson Moves To Gallowglass H&S

Anderson was previously Director of Operations at crewing firm Gallowglass and joins its recently-formed sister company to bolster the team led by Principal Consultant Steve Kearney.

In September 2010 Gallowglass consolidated its long-term relationship with Kearney by creating GGH&S - a specialist company to provide both risk management guidance and on-site safety checks for public and corporate events, and in-house consultancy for venues.  The company is also retained on an ongoing basis by some of the industry’s leading event management agencies.

Says Kearney: “Providing these three core services has meant that our feet haven’t touched the ground since GGH&S was launched.  I have been out of the country on various assignments – including the opening and closing ceremonies of the XIX Commonwealth Games in Delhi. It’s fantastic to be able to ‘poach’ Alby from Gallowlass – in fact it has been a logical necessity.  He heads up a team of 12 NEBOSH-qualified advisors.”

Replacing Alby as Head of Operations at Gallowglass is Ed Stott, who formerly headed-up the company’s Barcelona office.  The company also recently promoted Senior Crew Chief Jamie Wilson to the role of London Regional Manager.
