Dynacord Presents The New Generation Of Compact Mixing Systems (CMS)

With its new, three-model CMS series, DYNACORD is resolutely pursuing the course it has set in the field of high-quality mixers.

The three devices – the CMS 1000 (10 input channels), CMS 1600 (16 input channels) and CMS 2200 (22 input channels) – are remarkable for a host of outstanding features. These include high-quality, extremely low-noise, microphone preamps; six AUX busses; two 24-bit stereo effects units; an 11-band graphic equalizer; vocal voicing filters; and a low-cut filter. Newly integrated into these Compact Mixing Systems (CMS) is a 4IN / 4OUT USB interface (for PC and Mac) to support 4-channel recording and playback. The compact system therefore brings semi-professional studio quality to tasks such as live and studio recording, playbacks and interval music. The effects section of the new CMS family is as extensive as it is practical. Among its features are two separately editable effects processors with 2 x 100 factory presets optimized for live performance, 2 x 20 user presets, remote control (via MIDI), tap delay, USB configuration as well as a large, high-contrast OLED display. These offer the user a multitude of effects options of the highest quality – whether in live performance on stage or in the studio.

Time is saved and reliability enhanced during setting-up, as the complicated business of rack configuration and the interference-prone cabling-up of individual devices is avoided. Innovation also in design: The new protective lid, available as an accessory, with its integrated handle not only looks good but ensures that the device can be carried to and from gigs in comfort and safety.
