Coemar Once Again In China

22 October 2010 14:45 BST

Liufeng Shu, renowned Chinese lighting designer, chooses lights "Made in Italy" for his shows.

Coemar has been chosen to illuminate 'Arcade', the performance of the GuangDong Song & Dance Theatre which in May won the 'Wenhua Special Award' at the 9th China Art Festival.

The GuangDong Song & Dance Theatre is composed of a group of highly talented singers and dancers and by a folk music orchestra which has become the most famous in Southern China.

The light designer of this event, Liufeng Shu, renowned for having realized several shows of international significance, like for example the 'Singapore International Cantonese Opera Festival' and the 'Qingdao Austria Sail', for its illumination has chosen the iSpot Extreme 6000, the iSpot Flex and the CF 7 Hard Edge X, which are all Coemar products.
The moving heads masterly used in 'Arcade' belong to product lines that have made the history of show illumination and which show how quality excellence doesn't know borders or time limits.

The iSpot Flex, launched in 2002 at the LDI in Las Vegas, boast three patents. They are the first moving heads made with 2000 W discharge lamps, featuring a carbon fibre body.

The iSpot Extreme 6000, created for the Winter Olympics of 2006 in Turin, are the first moving heads with a 1450 W lamp.

The CF 7 Hard Edge X have won the Award for innovation in 2000, are made with carbon fibre and their projector is equipped with electronic ballast and an innovative optical zoom system.

Liufeng Shu, who once again has chosen the products of this company based in Castel Goffredo, shows how much he trusts Coemar lights' technology and reliability. This is a great acknowledgement for the 'Made in Italy' as well, if we also take into account the great strides China has made in the world of show lights.
