Resource PR Gets Plastered!
29 October 2009 09.56 BST
Plaster is a new look creative communications company, formally known as Resource PR. With nearly ten years providing b2b and b2c communications, specialising in the event, exhibition, technology and audio visual sectors, the agency has rebanded to encompass its broader communications mix and reflect the company’s creative new team.
The new company brand (Plaster) has been unveiled this October through a viral video, which saw the team donning plasterers' outfits and plastering their new logo onto the wall of their office.
Managing director Graham Brown explained: “We have grown in many ways since moving to Bristol three years ago and it feels like a natural progression to have arrived at this rebrand. Kellie became a director last year reflecting her input and commitment, Lisa has a great portfolio of PR and marketing campaigns as an account manager, while Andrew, Emily and Rich all embody the quirky but effective style of the team.
“We are proud of the strong ongoing relations we enjoy with our clients, each of whom are industry leaders in their own disciplines, and we are focused on delivering better results for them in promoting their businesses. We plan continued expansion of our team, embracing new marketing tools and extending the services we offer.”
Director Kellie Hasbury added: “Plaster means lots of things to different people, I’m sure there will a few wry smiles about the choice of name! To us, we liked its link to being part of the architectural masterpieces that are our clients' businesses, getting stuck in and being an integral part of their team, providing first aid to their businesses and getting plastered in celebration occasionally!”
