SSE To Hold Equipment Demonstration Roadshow

(UK) SSE is holding a series of equipment demonstration roadshows on 6, 7 and 8 March 2012.

SSE Sales will be taking to the road in early March, presenting a demonstration day at each of its sites in London, the Midlands and the North of England.

Commenting on the event, SSE Audio Sales Manager, Alex Penn, said: "We put on events like this to give people the opportunity to see some of the latest and greatest products available. We want to keep pushing forwards with the latest technologies and products and this gives us a great opportunity to showcase and increase the profile of both SSE and the brands we represent.

"For the visitors, it's great as they get a basic education in operation, get questions they have answered and also gives them the chance to get real hands on time too. If there's a product you, as a potential user, are particularly interested in then this is a far better forum to view in than a trade show.

"Ultimately it helps people to make better informed decisions on what products to use, and where the best outlets to source them from are. It also gives all parties a chance to meet on a face-to-face basis and build working relationships. This all contributes to our policy of being a true service provider and a business with which people will want to work."

Those attending the event will get the opportunity to see, hear and try out some of latest systems and consoles from:

L-Acoustics - An engineer will be on hand to help demonstrate the ARCS II Constant Curvature WST Line Source, together with SB28 Subs. The ultra compact KIVA Line Source, with SB18 Subs, with also be demonstrated.

Midas - The company is presenting the recently launched Midas PRO2c compact digital console - a mixing system that offers unprecedented levels of control integration.

Avid - You can try out the SC48 digital mixing console with the new VENUE Stage 48 Remote stagebox. AVID staff will be on hand to assist you and answer any questions.

Sennheiser - As part of the Roadshow, Sennheiser will be showing Sennheiser g3 300 series and 2000 series Radio systems.

Attendees can drop in at any of SSE Audio's locations between midday and 5pm. Snacks and refreshments will be offered at the event, which provides a great opporutnity to learn more about what SSE Audio Group can offer.
